Although it classically presents as hemoptysis, anemia,diffuse alveolar infiltrates, and acute respiratory failure, it is often a diagnostic and therapeuticchallenge for clinicians. It is associated with both immune and nonimmune causes.Prompt recognition and treatment of this entity are crucial. This article reviews the commonetiologies, diagnosis, and management of the patients with DAH. ER -
